Thee Optimist is an author.
That's putting it mildly. He has been a professional book author for more than 20 years, and has written many books, under his own name, under pen names, and as a ghost author.
For the purpose of this page, we're only going to focus on books he has written under his own name, and also books he has co-written with others.
And all of that will leave out around 40 books and ebooks he has written under other names.
We can't cover everything.
For good or ill, Thee Optimist has been responsible for a lot of material. He's wordy. Sometimes he says too much.

Many years ago, Thee Optimist ran into a series of personal setbacks.
He had written several books by this time, and was even something of a celebrated author.
But life has a funny way of handing you Ls when you're not expecting it. Or maybe it's inevitable that things fall apart because of certain flaws in your personality.
Either way, Thee Optimist found himself burned out, divorced, and holed up by himself in the far countryside.
He had become Thee Pessimist.
He decided he wasn't going to write novels anymore - he was just going to write short stories about his hellish childhood.
The stories began to morph into the supernatural tale of an 11-year-old girl with remarkable psychic gifts, who faces off against an ancient demon from an alternate reality.
This was only a slight exaggeration of the actual childhood Thee Optimist endured.
Thee Optimist was that 11-year-old girl.
Eventually, he wrote the story as a long novel. The ebook era had just begun.
In a vulnerable state of mind, he allowed a publisher to convince him that the novel should really be two shorter books. The first would be a free ebook to hook readers, the second would cost some nominal amount of money.
The long novel became the shorter works, THE GIRL INSIDE THE WALL, and THE DEMON.
Readers loved the story. Some called it "mind blowing."
Other criticized the fact that the first ebook, which was free, ended on a cliffhanger.
